There is a $38 set up charge for each personalization order. This screen print set-up charge is a $38 flat fee in addition to the per piece cost.

Due to the nature of this personalization, we are unable to replace any pieces. When ordering, please take the possibility of an unforeseen incident into consideration. We can refund, but not replace any items that arrive broken.

Metallic gold and metallic silver inks are an additional charge of $.45 per piece.

These favors are NOT individually boxed.
