Due to the nature of this personalization, we are unable to replace any pieces. When ordering, please take the possibility of an unforeseen incident into consideration. We can refund, but not replace any items that arrive broken.

Dates printed will match the format of the chosen design, regardless of how you entered them, please pay close attention to the design formats.
